The Birth of
Evangelistic Tent Revivals
Evangelistic Tent Revivals was birth for the purpose is to go into the highways and the byways, and the hedges to seek the lost; proclaim the word of God and compel them to come back to God. TE Revivals birth in 2011 and incorporated in 2012, which during that time, many "SOULS" was won to the Lord. Later, ET Revivals was re-established with an addition (The Soul Winning Team)due to it's an expansion to other city's, states and even International. ET Revivals & the Soul Winning Team is now established in Pakistan, Africa with many ministries such as Churches, schools, and tent meetings.

History of the
One Stop Vision Center
By faith (without any funding or money listen to the voice of God) in January 1997 Stephen stepped out and birthed Victory Is Shouting in Our Neighborhoods with services Counseling, Mentoring and Employment Service. Then through his faithfulness, God gave Stephen and his wife The One-Stop Vision Center for the Special Population, Inc. (Vision Center) which was developed to serve as an Advisory Board, and oversee and support organizations that provide services to the Special Population of people, during which time the Special Population was considered as Ex-offenders, Minority Youth and the Low-income.
At the One-Stop Vision Center there was Employment, counseling, mentoring, employment services, HIV/AIDE's counseling and testing site, School of Vision Education and Vocational Training Center, which provided GED classes, and vocational training in and out of Florida State Prison. The training programs were Electrical and Plumbing per-apprenticeship. At Vision Center, Vision Before Victory Ministry Church was birth. A thriving Church on the cutting edge.
Later God placed in Bishops Stephen spirit to start a Tent Ministry, to ministry in the highways and the byways. This ministry is changing the lives of people who normally would not set foot in the doors of the Church building. ET Revivals is a tool God has trusted Bishop to bring growth and restoration to the house of God.
