Founders, Bishop Stephen, and Pastor Elizabeth not only woke up one morning, and it was here, but it took a lot of prayers, fasting, and warfare.  Actually, It all started in 1997 whereas the first ministry birth was Victory Is Shouting in Our Neighborhoods (Vision, Inc) A ministry catered to serving the ex-offenders, minority youth, and welfare recipients.  From there, the One-Stop Vision Center, School of Vision, and Vision Before Victory Church were also birthed. In 2009, GOD ordered them to leave everything that had been established and sit for two years and wait for what He has for them.  After two years, God talked to Stephen about roads and paths and compelled them to come.  God's word was confirmed when Stephen received an invitation to speak under a tent in the highways and byways in Orlando, FL, on Orange Blossom Trail.
